Picnic in the Living Room!

Lola's school had to postpone its annual picnic (scheduled for tonight) due to buckets of rain today and yesterday, so Dad suggested that we picnic in the living room. He made the delicious lasagna that he had been planning to bring to the school picnic (potluck). We love spinach lasagna!

Mom's contribution: smores made over the stove. Lola ate both the straight chocolate and the smores.

Blitz of Gifts for Lola

Last Saturday brought a double-present postal delivery for Lola. The first package contained this gorgeous mermaid shirt from Grandma W. Lola is attempting simultaneously to show off the shirt and the mushrooms she is cooking (she had to request dad's help to display both at once).

This outfit was sent by Grandma P. Matching shoes!
