It's near my bedtime, but I just wanted to boast that Mama remembered the adjectival form of "fortitude" when a student asked her for it today. She also added "from the Latin," which is a miraculous extra when one considers the brain scramble inevitable when teaching college students to discriminate between different kinds of virtue. Thanks a lot. I didn't know the adjectival form of "fortitude," so I looked up "adjectival form of fortitude" on Google, and up came this blog. I've been writing a thesis on human existential philosophy as it relates to the spheres of economy and politics, so the word "fortitudinous" will now appear in my thesis. Thanks again.
