Lola's Multilingual Bent

I checked out a video for Lola called "The Princes' Quest." It's an animated fairy tale somewhat reminiscent of the Arabian Nights, and approximately half of it is spoken in Arabic. Amazingly, Lola has watched it twice and enjoyed it both times. I like it too, but I can read the subtitles. Having had Spanish lessons at school, Lola is now familiar with the concept of a "foreign language." She was speaking a pretty good fake Arabic this morning--not "blahblahblah" but "cant-a poon-a," etc.
